Paul is an excellent Tai-Chi/Qi Gong teacher. He has the ability to teach people in an encouraging, relaxed and fun manner. Paul has a way of making everyone feel important, and encourages people to develop at their own rate in the way that is best for them. One of Paul's classes is the perfect antidote to the everyday stress that we all experience at some time or other. I always leave his classes feeling positive and relaxed. I have learnt so much from Paul's classes, which has sparked off a life-long interest in Eastern arts.

I have attended Tai Chi and Qi gong classes with Paul for 2-3 years now and currently join the weekly Qigong classes on line. His easy and effective teaching style allows me to follow instructions and appreciate the physical and mental attributes of the discipline. He breaks down the moves, which allows me to react to the best of my ability and still feel part of the ongoing class. I am hooked for life! Rock on Paul!
Peggy (Bournemouth)
Paul promotes wellness and energy awareness effectively, taking time to explain the benefits of each movement, he is easy to follow when guiding you through the workouts.
Paul does not rush through the class, yet we seem to cover a lot.
I find the workouts gentle and have helped improve my health, flexibility and balance.
Jenny (Bournemouth)
I thoroughly enjoy Paul's Tai Chi Qigong class which I have been attending for six months now. Paul is very patient and knowledgeable and a great fun teacher. I always leave the class with reduced stress levels and buzzing full of energy.

Tai Chi classes have helped me so much with confidence, balance and a sense of well-being. It’s been very good for me.
Malcolm (Bournemouth)
We have enjoyed both the tai chi and qigong classes.
Paul is supportive, caring and makes the classes very interesting.
We have been involved for a while now and have definitely seen benefits to us both physically and mentally.

Paul's Qigong and Tai Chi classes are fantastic. Since I've been doing Qigong and Tai Chi my balance
and posture have dramatically improved greatly reducing the joint and back pain that I've had for
many years. This together with a wonderful sense of calm, peace and joy that Qigong and Taichi
gives me has improved my whole wellbeing and outlook on life.
I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been in Paul’s tai chi class for about a year and love it. Paul is always upbeat, funny and has a
very positive outlook on life. I can escape from the everyday stresses for an hour and always feel I’ve
had a bit of a gentle workout both physically and, with Pauls spiritual insight, mentally as well. If
you’re thinking of doing one of his classes go for it……….

I have found that tai chi and qigong classes have improved my quality of life. Paul, my teacher for
several years, is knowledgeable, enthusiastic , patient and caring. I have also experienced the healing
benefits of body work.
Thanks Paul

I started attending Paul’s Tai chi class about 4 years ago. I find Paul a very good teacher. He explains
the moves very well. I’ve certainly benefited from Tai chi classes as it’s helped me cope after my late
wife’s passing. The qigong exercises benefit my health and fitness as well

I have been attending Paul's classes at Kinson since they first started. I have always found his classes
extremely interesting and informative. He is a patient teacher and has a very fun and relaxed
teaching methodology.
Tai Chi achieves 2 things for me. It is a gentle but very effective method of exercise but also is
extremely relaxing at the same time. The stresses of everyday life wash away and I was amazed
when I started to feel chi in my hands.

I have been attending Paul’s qigong sessions for nearly a year now. My physical and mental health
have benefitted extremely. Each session is spiritually uplifting. After having operations on my knees
over the years my balance had been impaired. Since doing qigong my balance has improved greatly.

Beginners are always welcome and can come along and try one of our classes. We are always welcoming and have a relaxed and fun approach to our sessions.
Our tai chi and qigong classes offer people of all ages a gentle way to exercise without stressing the joints. Whilst also improving breathing and increasing energy levels.
If you have practiced tai chi before, and don’t want to join a beginner class, we have classes that have been running for some time so we will do all we can do accommodate you and your level.
Over the years Paul has learned tai chi forms and qigong exercise from China, Japan and Okinawa. The classes currently running are focused on the Yang style taijiquan 5 section curriculum from the Masich Internal Arts Method. Other classes focus on Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong.
Our yang style tai chi sessions focus on forms and sequences of movements and postures (steps) and gives the practitioner a way of improving their health whilst practicing the martial art in a slow and safe manor.
The Shibashi Qigong classes focus on repeated tai chi style movements performed in a set sequence. These movements originate from Yang style tai chi and flow seamlessly without having to do many steps with the feet. A great way to exercise the whole body.
All classes can be found in and around the Bournemouth and Christchurch area. Private tai chi and yoga sessions are also available at the home studio in the BH6 area of Bournemouth.
So, if you’re thinking about taking it up or whether you’ve done it before and would like to start up again, we would love to hear from you.
